Developing a Logic Model

At this hands-on workshop, you and your program team will create a logic model and articulate your theory of change. The workshop will introduce the purpose of the logic model and its components, allowing you to apply the tool to your own programming. We will present the priority focus areas from MPS’ strategic plan and give you an opportunity to determine where your organization’s logic model aligns with the plan.

How to Create a Theory of Change Model

Do you want to turn your logic model into a visually appealing product?  In this FREE half-day workshop learn how to turn your finished logic model into a work of art, while carefully outlining your program’s long term goals and outcomes.  You will have the opportunity to consult with Minneapolis Public Schools’ REA team members who are prepared to assist you in creating a customized theory of change to bring back to your organization or program.  By the end of the workshop, you will feel confident in knowing the difference between logic model and Theory of Change and what their purposes are, and walk away with a Theory of Change model!
